Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of carparkingairport.co.uk and the booking of airport parking services through our platform. By using this website or making a booking, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. Your statutory rights are not affected.
1. Booking & Contract Formation
- •A binding contract is formed only when a unique Airport Car Parking Booking Reference is generated and dispatched to your email address via our automated booking system.
- •You are responsible for the accuracy of your Vehicle Registration Mark (VRM) and flight times. An incorrect VRM may result in denied ANPR entry or Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs); Airport Car Parking bears no liability for such costs.
- •You must present your digital or printed booking voucher/confirmation to the Parking Provider upon arrival.
2. Pricing & Payment
- •All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to Dynamic Yield Management — rates may fluctuate based on terminal demand, seasonal capacity, and how far in advance you book.
- •The price shown at the time of booking is the price you pay — no hidden charges or surcharges.
- •If your actual parking duration exceeds your booked period, the Parking Provider may charge an Overstay Levy at their prevailing daily gate rate.
- •All transactions are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted payment gateways. Payment failure will void the reservation immediately.
3. Cancellation & Amendment
- •Saver/Non-Flex bookings are 100% non-refundable and non-amendable.
- •Standard Flex bookings may be cancelled or amended up to 24–48 hours prior to your drop-off time (as specified during checkout).
- •Premium Flex bookings may be cancelled up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
- •No refunds are issued for unused parking days if you fail to arrive without prior cancellation notification.
4. Operational Liability & Vehicle Security
- •Airport Car Parking acts strictly as an authorised booking agent. The physical storage and movement of your vehicle is the sole responsibility of the Parking Provider.
- •All vehicles must be roadworthy, hold a valid MOT, and be taxed. Providers may refuse to accept unsafe or unroadworthy vehicles without any liability to Airport Car Parking.
- •For Meet & Greet parking: ignition keys must be left with the authorised driver/chauffeur. Your vehicle may be moved to a secure off-site compound within a 15-mile radius of the terminal.
5. Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability
- •Airport Car Parking is not liable for missed flights or additional costs arising from traffic congestion, terminal closures, security delays, Acts of God, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- •Our total liability in any event is strictly limited to the total cost of the booking fee paid by you.
- •We accept no liability for consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of holiday enjoyment, or other indirect losses.
6. Personal Belongings
Customers are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicle. Neither Airport Car Parking nor the parking provider accepts responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings left inside vehicles during the parking period.
7. PCN Appeals & Dispute Resolution
Airport Car Parking provides a dedicated support channel for Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) enquiries related to airport drop-off zones or car park entry/exit. We do not pay fines on behalf of customers, but we will provide booking data and supporting documentation to assist in formal appeals.
8. Special Assistance
If you require special assistance or accessibility services (e.g., disabled parking bays, wheelchair assistance), please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the appropriate arrangements are in place with the parking provider.
9. Complaints
Any complaints regarding the parking service should initially be raised directly with the parking provider. If you remain unsatisfied, please submit a written complaint to us including your booking reference, the date of travel, and full details of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days.
10. Website Use
- •You must not misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its connected systems.
